What we collect
When you use our “Request Assistance” form, we collect your full name, phone number and email address.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we also keep the contents of that conversation — including anything you choose to share about your trip or documents.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your request, understand your travel plans and give you accurate visa and documentation guidance. That is it — no newsletters or marketing lists unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. We only share details when it is genuinely needed to fulfil your assistance request — for example with a service provider directly involved in your application — and only what is necessary.
How long we keep it
We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to keep a basic record of our correspondence. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we will action it promptly.
